I finished the work. The server is ready to be played now. I have uploaded many intersting new, present and old ones (all in all 48maps). Skins are not added yet, but i can do this anytime. We decided to do this to play more maps, which makes the agme funnier. Moreover 66 needs more practice. We will see how it works and decide if we keep the Tickrate or not.
